Here are some ideas to begin your design journey with Photoshop Elements 2019.
Duplicate a layer
Create a new layer on top of your original layer.
Select the layer by pressing the CTRL button on your keyboard, and click on the ADD LAYER icon in the Layers panel. It opens the LAYERS panel for you.
Then select the layer you want to duplicate from the Layers panel, and click on the DRAWS ADD button on the LAYERS panel to duplicate the layer.
You can rename the layer by clicking on the Rename Layer option on the LAYERS panel.
Once the layer is named, you can edit the layer with any of its tools.
Change the color of the layer by using the COLOR panel. Select the color wheel and drag it to the color you want the new layer to be.

Move the layer or rotate the layer
You can move a layer on your canvas by using the MOVE tool. Click on the tool icon on the LAYERS panel, and it opens a menu. Click and drag the mouse to move the layer.

Use Presets panel to use a set of frequently used settings for the brushes. You can edit the settings using the drop-down menu on the top of the panel.

Unable to deserialize Json properly
I have a web api method that outputs a Json string, however the Json string I am getting seems different than when I looked at the object in JSONlint. I have tried to deserialize it both with and without JSON.net. My code for deserialization:
MyClass myClass = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject(response);
I have tried string json = response; before the above line of code and then parsed json into a string afterwards however when I do that it parses it properly.
My problem is that JSONlint shows a different format than what I am trying to deserialize.
